Same as with Lars and co, here's all the Carina/Gracília art I made so far, and I'll reintroduce them under the cut !

Gracília (brunet) has been trying to unlock her magical abilities for years now with rituals, spells, and weird concoctions, to no avail. In their world, only afab people are said to be able to perform magic, which prove false once Carina (blondie) comes into the picture.

They both live in a small pseudo coven of young witches near a small Portuguese town, just after the fall of Salazar.

of course as witches in the 70s they spend their fair share of time naked dancing in the woods.

70s fashion is way too fun to draw.

The whole plot right there.

Carina and Gracília's relationship starts pretty sour as Gracília is terribly envious of Carina (on top of not trusting her). I draw them being lovey dovey a lot but that's really the endgame.

Some doodles of them young. Gracília was raised by nuns after her mother was burned alive for suspicion of Witchcraft, she ended up running away because the villagers and their kids would bully her.

Carina was brought up in an all boy catholic boarding school. Abandonned by her parent too young to remember, hated by her peers for being a smartass, and unfortunately the little favorite of the choir master, her resentment grew over the years. She learned magic on her own by trial and tribulations, and ended up being spotted by the coven when she used it against her oppressors.

Carina looks all cute but she can be pretty scary too.

I really wanted to draw them as old gay witches and I was right to do so because they're even better like this. The ultra long hair will totally be canon in their old age.

there's not even a real thing about snakes in the story but I just like the metaphor (plus it looks cool and witchy)

ok now onto AUs (yes all my OCs have AUs I am my own fandom)

this is their proto-designs for a Monster AU (I opten to make Carina a deertaur in the end because that's badass and cute). It's basically the 'Gracília calling Carina a dirty mammal' AU.
