You know how you sometime have sudden ideas for characters that are totally random and are linked to no other stories ?
Well because I'm swiss, TikTok decided that I MUST be interested in seeing ski content. And I feel kind of bamboozled to say that 1) ski videos are sick as fuck, I had no idea you could do flips on skis, and I indeed enjoy the ski content 2) it made my brain go 'hey let's make an OC who ski'
That's how Ruedi was born lol
He's swiss german, 23/24 ish years old. He used to do pro ski until he came out on national television and was kicked out by his family. His gf dumped him a couple of weeks later because she got harassed on social media due to being a pretty vocal lesbian and people all giving their shitty two cents about her girlfriend coming out as a guy (+ her being actually conflicted between her feelings and her identity).
So let's say Ruedi is currently having a rough time.
He'll be ok tho. He'll get through that shit.
Now for some pre-coming out Ruedi content.
You gotta imagine that Ruedi is TALL. Like, a little above 180cm tall. Though he might look gangly, he's actually pretty fit (like, you can see abs when he flexes fit). But let's say it was quite a recipe for being bullied once he hit puberty. So aside from knowing he was good at sport, Ruedi's self-esteem was pretty much non-existant when it came to looks.
The one to pick up his shitty self-esteem was Estelle, which he met at the winter Olympics (she does ice skating). She hit on him and they ended up dating for a while until the infamous coming out.
spoiler: they still def got feelings for each other, they just need time to sort their shit out.
